And wow its a doozy. Everyone who preorders the new Legend of Zelda will recieve a bonus disc which has Wind Waker redone in the new style from the new Zelda. It will also have two dungeons put back in that were cut from the original version. I have seen a screenshot, I know its real ^_^ Now that is what I call a bonus! The only requirement is that you have to have a minimum of 10 dollars down and the discs should ship around April 1st

The WHOLE Wind Waker, and it'll have the same graphics as the one this yeaR?! OMG, where do I sign up?!

I just thought of something. Are you sure this isn't a prank since the discs will ship around "April 1st"? I hope this isn't, but I am actually quite scared that this is a cruel cruel joke that will just make me cry.

I didn't think of that, but the screenshot I saw actually had a scene from WW matched up with a scene from the remake, and they matched rather well. I think it has a good chance of being true.

Also isnt it just a bit early for game magizines to be planting april fools jokes? its just going onto March.

Eh. True or not, I think a significant amount of Wind Waker's charm came from the art style. I'd be very hesitant to play it with a more "serious" style, even if the graphics were technically quite impressive.

I would play it if for no other reason than the two extra dungeons

I hate to be that guy, but there is no way that this is true. How much time would Nintendo have to invest to redo Wind Waker in a more realistic style? And for the sake of a bonus? No way. I <i>hope</i> that they haven't done this, because I'd rather they put the effort towards the new game.

I'm with Tort, it'll be a very different game if they "upgrade" the graphics. Besides, wouldn't it have been easier to include the extra dungeons without changing the graphics?

Hell they're responsible for Akuma coming into existance.

Yeah, they are good at faking their screenshots. Those blasted EGM foo's!

But all this does get me thinking what a possible bonus disc will include for the new Zelda. It'll have to be something good after the last one.
