This is it. The end of everything, or at least it should be. They still didn't tell you anything about what has happened before, so maybe we'll have to buy MMX9 to find out what the heck happened in the past between X/Zero/Omega/Dark Elf. X's dream of a world where Reploids and humans can coexist has finally come true. Too bad he's not even in Z4.

Well, I hope it's not the end. I hope they find a way to extend the storyline 'cause I'm quite enjoying the games. I'm about half way through Zero 3 now and although it's exponentially easier than Zero 2, it's still great.

There better NOT be another one because if they do the explanation would be worse than like X6 "I repaired myself while hiding in a cave" or X7 "guys I have returned from my 100 year sleep after 2 months due to popular demand." That is unless Z5's main character was Neige. I swear Kraft's moves are all made for a human being, and I can see Neige just put on like a mecha suit (or better yet come up with a human interface with whatever Ciel was working on) and grab Kraft's arsenal and start doing the same moves (okay she probably can't lift the knife gun or carry the 500000 missiles Kraft uses for his EX move, but everything else is fair game).
But even then, there would be nothing more to kill. As far as I can tell Neige is the remaining leader of humanity with Neo Arcadia all but gone now and she finally agreed to accept the Reploids, so what's there left to do?

Don your logic that there shouldn't be another Z game because it wouldn't make sense, is kinda null and void don't you think?

That's valid because the Z series does make sense. They can always pump out another X game to explain what has happened before. You don't just put a SONG and a voice narrated opening in a GBA game unless you're going out with a bang, IMO.

I forgot to mention this, but the difficulty of this game goes all over the place. You're allowed to use 1 level of elf per each of the 8 bosses you beat so if you've the crystals to burn you can get a max level life elf which is 4X the starting health you have, but I didn't even have enough crystals to get the elves past level 3. The turtle boss is insanely hard for one of the 8 since whenever you hit him he does some SF3 style parry and then counters with some move that deals a lot of pain so you basically have to stand by him and wait until he attacks first and hope it is one you can avoid. Kraft and Weil are both insane, though Kraft you might luck out if you get an easy pattern.
