You know, despite it's faults I really liked the first one. I think it's about time for a replay before the sequel comes out.

I don't count the GBA card game.

KH, FFX, and even FFX2 is good example of Square experimenting with voice acting actually paying off. There are things in these games that just wouldn't be the same without the voice.

Oh yeah, I liked the voice acting very much.

I should replay KH too before the sequel comes out. I have time now that there are no major games I want this summer.

Course there's always KOTOR and The Sims 2 and what not.

Well, I suspected Disney had asked some of the voice actors appearing in their films to reprise their roles - Iago (Gilbert Gottfried) was almost a surety, I imagine it's REALLY hard to fake that voice! Ursula I was pretty sure about too. But Ariel, Tarzan, Hercules and Aladdin are voiced by the same actors/actresses who originally voiced them as well, and they're just the ones I checked - I think there are a lot more as well. And I was really pretty surprised to see Haley Joel Osment as Sora, and REALLY surprised to see Mandy Moore as Aerith! Billy Zane (Ansem) was the lead villan in Titanic...Dan Castellaneta (filling in as Genie for Robin Williams) is a major Simpsons player, the voice of Homer and about 10 other characters...James Lance Bass (Sephiroth) is in N' Sync...Sean Astin was Mikey from the Goonies and Samwise in the Lord of the Rings...I didn't look at everyone, but I'm sure it goes on and on if you read up on the other actors as well!

Yeah, kinda like Castlevania 64 for me, Kingdom Hearts tried so hard to make me hate it, but I just couldn't. Got about 8 hours in and stopped, but it was pretty good

Chain of Memories was actually REALLY damn good. Despite the card based system the battle engine played almost EXACTLY like the original. Also it is direct story continuity. It takes place litterally after the first game ends, and ends right before 2 starts. Trust me its worth a run through. And not only do you get the Sora storyline, but there is also a second storyline for Riku. Also they did some neat stuff using the tech from the GB VIdeo carts to do full 3D cutscenes. Dont put it down just because its card based, trust me its badass.

(Mental's eyes see the spoiler, brain bursts out of head and unravels into squiggly bits of spaghetti)

Sigh, at this point I suppose I should have expected that. Oh well.
