It is nearly 10 years. Next April. I wish I could be on the continent for some sort of celebration. I'll be off continent for 5 months, but I'll have an internet connection.

Welcome back Slappy, it has been what? 4 years?

By the way, we think G-man is either dead, in jail, or too poor to log online anymore.

Yea I have been away for 4 or more years and this is what happend.

Lost my girlfriend due to a huge cocaine habit.

My dad died next to me from cancer a couple days before 9/11 2001.

I lost my mind and went into a huge depression.

Decided to quit my engineering job because I fucking hated it but loved the people I worked with.

Moved to Colorado to get away from the drug scene and stayed with El Kabong for 9 months.

Helped his wife start a couple dog daycare business. Then trained and borded dogs for about 2 years. (I loved LOVED it! but they're is no money in it and the hours were loooooong.)

Went back to school for Film and Television production. Am a little more than 1/2 way done and by far one of the best students in the school (I'm focused now.)

Went to Osaka,Japan, where my brother lives. Am planning to move their immediately after graduation now.

I live in the city of Denver currently and life couldn't be better.

Thought of you guys yesterday and searched to see if the shrine still stood. And it does. WOOO Happy dance. :D

I live about 4 blocks from the Capital. I can walk to Coors field. I'm right in the middle of the city somewhat.

Welcome back, Slappy! Been forever. It's nice to get some of the old faces back now that this place has crawled to a trickle. Bring Kabong and the old geezer (G-Man) back as well, we'll all have a grand ol' time :-)

LoDo, huh? Sweet spot. If I had to live in Denver again, that's where I'd be.

Holy shit, there's a name I haven't seen in a while.

That's quite the story you have there. Glad things are going good for you now.

Welcome back!

Yeah, nice to see ya again Slappy.

Story reminds me of me, except I'm still in the "lost my mind" section or maybe just terminally apathetic :)

Cancer sucks and death is surprisingly final. Sorry to hear about your dad - mine passed of cancer as well. Glad to hear shit is goin good though.

Wow.

Ya know, at the risk of sounding conceited, I'm glad that the board I started, and that Sine has ably maintained since, has had enough personality to keep people coming back over the years. I've talked to people who've changed my life on this board (well, perhaps just one person - Lestat and I had some phone conversations that just blew me away, anyone remember him?), and people who posted here years ago still drop by years later.

We're like a favorite bar. Or maybe a cancer. One or the other. :D

Good to see ya Slappy - this is Mental. I was never around much when you were posting really, but I think ya probably remember me. :)

Sorry to hear things have been so scattered - my life's been a little messy too. We should chat about it sometime. Good ta have you back.

He might have learned from Zeus, we post AT LEAST as much as he has, and he's up at 8000!

Well, at the time of his dissappearance, earlier in the year I was wondering what it could be. Upon checking the news for major accidents and such, I discovered there was a massive number of arrests (operation snowstorm) on Internet related sex offenders where thousands of people got busted. I figured G-man was possibly one of those, he always did seem kind of creepy =P
