I know we haven't talked about this guy in a while, but the stuff he's been up to in the last couple of weeks has been unreal.

First of all, he has to prove why he's NOT in contempt of court:

Now he's going after MK:Armaggedon for using his likeness in the game even though it was just a creative fan using the kreate-a-fighter mode:

He's gone from being annoying to entertaining to just sad

Yeah, he's been having a good time burying himself more and more the last couple of days.

I read a comment somewhere that Bully could have been a Machiavellian-type play by Rockstar all along to make Wacko Jacko look even more the fool. The create a game called "Bully" and then say nothing about, allowing Jack and his cohorts to freak out and make accusations for months. Then they actually release the game and it's nowhere close to being the way Jack made it out to be. But he has no choice but to continue because he already made a big deal about it. It'd be funny if that really were the case.

I'm thinking they may have just created a Teen-rated game then just used the Nintendo tactic of releasing NO information on it a) to drum up interest since it's not a GTA game and b) to keep themselves out of the limelight thanks to what happened with San Andreas. Take Two likely had a say and may have been swayed by their on-going lawsuits.

I doubt they would create/market a game based on some idiot lawyer who's been thrown out of court so many times.
