So it looks like my Grandmother will not be using her Condo in Saint Charles for a few months as she's moving into an assisted living facility in my neighborhood. My friend who I am supposed to be living with in March has also informed me that he has had to make adjustments to his house purchasing strategy and probably won't find a home until at the latest August. So how does that work? Well, it looks like my father wants to make sure my Grandmother gets settled into her apartment so he believes 3 months should give her ample time to make furniture arrangements. She doesn't have a lot of stuff and I would assume a lot of things would go back to my Dad's house or be divided up amongst my uncles as well. The only downside I see is my commute to work was just increased by 45 minutes. So I'll be getting up earlier but that's a small price to pay for freedom.
