What's funnier is that I've seen no more than one or two posts anywhere that ACTUALLY seem to think it's racist. Most of it's just jokes or people preparing to defend the impending controversy for when some bored NAACP rep gets wind of the game and it ends up the 6:00 news.

It's begun. The first person seeking fame on this issue is a blogger named Kym Platt. She posted an ill-informed article about the trailer, which was picked up by GamePolitics.com and then Kotaku. The mirrored article on blacklooks.org was panned by everybody (over 130 comments before it was closed), citing her overreaction and oversensitivity ("I am more comfortable with the zombies being white. In fact, ALL zombies should be white from this day forth"). On her site, she posted a follow-up claiming the posters were all "hostile and violent" (not the case) and that "I think we should all be very afraid. Many of these folks seem like the type who would try to reenact scenes from Resident Evil 5. Can you say Columbine?" She was also bold enough to say: "Here's a direct quote from a gamer who disagreed with my post: "Get back into the cotton fields, you filthy nigger."
After I searched the comments, no such one existed.
