I'm almost tempted to claim they did something horrible to get this kid to do it-- look at how she's so craving of praise when she does each one (which is obviously the only reason she does it... but then again that's the motivation for most kids)... I wouldn't be surprised if you found out that the only time she gets attention and praise (or significantly more than normal) is by using that map.

That's a possibility, though she could just be a kid genius. After all, there's plenty of them somewhere in the English speaking population, and all they have to do is post one video on the Internet. That's what I think is the case for a lot of these "2-year-old does something" videos.
