well aside from it being easier it'll be a big money maker too-- many will want to see it purely because it's his last film.

What?? Brandon Fucking Lee! If you're going to quote an example of posthumously completing an actor's performance, use The Crow. I didn't even know that about Gladiator, so it's obviously not famous enough. He wasn't even the star.

That, and if he didn't finish it, Gilliam would be known as the Cursed Director, and would have a harder time getting work.
