<div style='font: 10pt "EngraversGothic BT", "Copperplate Gothic Light", "Century Gothic"; text-align: left; '>I hope they don't charge him. It's the airport security's fault for not find it in the first place. Of course, I personally don't think banning box cutters are the answer.</div>

<div style='font: 11pt "Fine Hand"; text-align: left; '>But it could start a precedent "Oh, yeah...these blades here? Oh, I was just testing you, ya know? Just to see if you guys are doing your duty. Well, can you let me go now?"</div>

<div style='font: 11pt ; text-align: left; '>It wasn't exactly like that, he did it and he also told them about it. It's not like they just found them. They had made contact.</div>

<div style='font: 9pt ; text-align: left; '>Those motherless fucks should be praising this guy, not charging him. There's something seriously wrong when there's even a thought of a serious charge against someone who does something like this</div>

<div style='font: 12pt "Cooper Black"; text-align: left; '>It doesnt matter how riteous this guys purpose was, he did illegal acts. Him telling the authorties doesnt mean shit either, a murderer wont get off the hook because he turns themself in. Let him 'make his statement'.... in jail while getting pounded up the ass.</div>

<div style='font: 10pt "EngraversGothic BT", "Copperplate Gothic Light", "Century Gothic"; text-align: left; '>It's a risk for the person planting these items if he is caught. But, since he reported his own incidents, complete with descriptions and everything to prove that it was his, he should not be charged.</div>

<div style='font: 14pt ; text-align: left; '>Fine, maybe that was a bad comparrison. But still, the guy knowingly committed an illegal act, c'mon! Plus, his point prooves nothing, of course it is impossible to stop ALL of these kind of things, to expect otherwise is unreasonable.</div>

<div style='font: 11pt "Fine Hand"; text-align: left; '>I believe a serial killer had done something similar. The Zodiac Killer, I think. Apples and Oranges, I know but still, imagine being a security personel. You have to check everything while making sure other people don't miss their flight. It's not a good excuse, but it is daunting.</div>

<div style='font: 9pt ; text-align: left; '>Flip, you gotta look at what the crime is. No one is gonna say that bringing a pair of hedge clippers onboard an airplane (maybe he's a gardener by trade?) is as serious as murder. Remember, the law actually allows for judgement</div>

<div style='font: 9pt ; text-align: left; '>Advantage of a precedent. It is simply assumed that a law is followed EXACTLY as before. But we live in a continously changing world, and the laws should be flexible enough to change along with them. That's why we have lawyers and judges, for professional judgement. It just don't work that way...</div>

<div style='font: 14pt ; text-align: left; '>I know that not allowing box cutters is anal and doesnt make sense, but if they say you cant do it then why would you do it just to test their patience? If its one thing the law does not have is a sense of humor about things like this.

Rememeber all those zero tolerance stories about seven year olds getting suspended from school for having a G.I. Joe gun in their backpack? This kid is acting childish, too, by testing the system. He deserves to get burned for it if only by the principle of the thing.

If someone like the national government tells you not to cross that line, then you just dont cross it, end of story.</div>

<div style='font: bold 9pt ; text-align: left; '>I brought a Rambo machine gun for Show and Tell and the teacher wouldn't let me show it, but I didn't get in trouble. That was good ol' 87 or so. Nowadays, I'd have been suspended and scrutinzed or something.</div>
