This is kinda old... but it has many many possible applications. Not the least of which would be as a pack mule for troops. Think how much easier and/or better equipped soldiers could move and fight when this thing is carrying over 300lbs of their equipment?

I'm sure you could use it as a next generation wheel chair, a rescue vehicle, etc.
