last week's episode was kinda weak and I was a little concerned... but last night's episode with Canada on Strike and the Internet Stars... oh man, gold!

In case you missed it-- here's one of the best parts:

"Sir, I don't think you understand how global economy work..." "Knock it off with your fancy words-- we demand more money!"

Awful episode. The internet "stars" bit was the only saving grace.

HAHAHA that's delicious. Couldn't take the Canada bashing? Poor BL can't take a good ribbing? I love that they gave everyone bennagans coupons and gum.

"What's that, you want to negotiate??"
"No, we just wanted to see if it was cool with you if we turned Newfoundland into a theme park after you all died"

The play on the writer's strike may have felt relevant when the strike was going on, but now that it's been a while... whatever. This season's been pretty shitty so far. The first episode was pretty good, but I am partial to AIDS jokes.

You know the restaurant that Jennifer Aniston worked at in Office Space? Chochke's or whatever? That's Bennegans, pretty much :P

I actually didn't view the Canada strike as having anything to do with the writer's strike... but whatever. South park wasn't affected by it anyway

Yeah, Stone and Parker aren't in the WGA. The Canadians were the writers in this episode. Hence them wanting that internet money.

It was actually my favorite episode this season. I love their take on Canada, and of course Terrance & Philip. :)

Canadian episodes are always welcome.

No love for last week's episode? But it was awesome.

I liked this week's episode...first one that I actually liked this season.

The other 3 sucked - the AIDS one was a good concept but they didn't do much with it.

They didn't do much with it? Are you sure?

Are you HIV positive?

See, now finally I like an episode. Watching MISTER Garrison chase his penis around south park is simply awesome.

Some of the angles/shots in episode 1205 were classic.

"Everyone, we are OUT OF INTERNET!"

"What? There's not even a scrap of internet left?"

Lol, I can't think of any single memorable lines, but god-damn it's been about time since we got a Randy-centric episode, and that one last night was hilarious.

I also found the Colbert Report seethingly funny. They got that old guy who pretends to be Benjamin Franklin for a living on the show, and they talked about French Whores.

good times.

Yeah, our co-workers found it especially funny from an inside level. We have commercials that air to tell our customers to "Power Down, Power Up".

Not the real commercial, but similar thing
