It was cheap. I've always wanted one. I got it off of eBay for $83. It's a tippmann 98 custom. I needed to get one for the summer since I have two bachelor parties that will probably involve going out into the woods somewhere on someone's farm and shooting the shit out of one another after a couple of beers.

Just need to get a tank and a mask now and I'll be in good shape.

I know some people who are way into it and ive tagged along sometimes. A Tipman is a beginner gun, but they are solid and reliable. Its 1000% better than the rentals, so you'll be happy with it.

Based on talking with several former paintball nuts, paintball is by no means "cheap".

I knew that from the start. But the gun was "cheap" compared to everything else that was on ebay.

Spoke with the seller before purchasing.

Looking forward to testing it out. It is here at the main post office in STL. Just have to wait for it to come to the office tomorrow.
