I discovered the issue. I didn't realize that I had reset my xbox to have an automatically assigned IP. So I enabled manual IP addressing and turned on port forwarding for the 3 ports Xbox Live needs and now I'm good to go.
So, when are we going to do some more online??? I'm dying to try the online co-op.

Once you beat it is it sandbox mode? Can I still do everything except story missions? Vigilante mode, missions for friends, etc?

Well, don't you get the ability to buy guns by talking to someone in the game? What about the girl who helps with the police radar? Yeah, if you do the dating and hanging out stuff, you do get some bonuses. I know there is a girl who will remove up to a 3 star rating. There's another that will recover your health over the phone. Nice stuff to have if want to get it. Apparently, the girl who helps you with the star rating isn't hard to please.

actualy she can remove a four as long as it's in evade the cops mode and not still in a mission as long as the stars are gray. I knew somebody had to die! I figured I was nearing the end when I got the Revenge vs. Deal option so I saved it so I could do both. Did the deal version first which ends with Roman being shot. I'll tell ya: I'm a really good driver with most any car by this point. I rarely hit shit or spin out, usually staying on the right side of the road while driving nearly top speed. But after Roman was killed, I kind of snapped. Jumped in the Inferneus that Florian gave Nico and just barreled through everything to get to Little Jacob for the final showdown. That shit took me several times to finish, but it felt pretty rewarding in the end.
The Kate ending was not nearly as impactful. Didn't really care too much for the broad. Every time I picked her up for a date in my Perseus suit, she didn't like it... but she did when I picked her up for the wedding? Bitch never once changed clothes herself, not even for said wedding... and she never put out.
I never really felt myself taking notice of the scale and splendor of the city itself until I knew the game was coming to an end. I started looking around more and noticing details that saddened me a wee bit since things were all coming to a head.
