I'm actually making it a point to avoid it, because I think it will only feed my already long list of online distractions. Twitter is basically a page of away messages - which is a great idea, because back in the day people used to put a lot of care into those. And I'd obsessively check them. I don't need encouragement!

edit: Jeremy Parish uses Twitter. I already check his site multiple times a day. Damnit.

On topic: Twitter seems sorta fun, I don't really get it--a lot of webcomics have a twitter up, so I guess its...like...a bulletin board or something.

OK, I guess I haven't been online enough lately, but what is a "Twitter"? I am near certain I heard a senile old lady refer to a radio as a twitter before =P

well, if you noticed my super constant and steady barrage of status updates, that is because twitter is tied to my facebook. It's like twitter makes it easier for me to ignore facebook because it looks like I'm still super active on it.
