<div style='font: 12pt Arial; text-align: left; '>Phht, they only switched over a handful of jobs back here... I bet they're putting their Indian staff through extensive English training right now so they don't have to switch back any more.</div>

<div style='font: 10pt "EngraversGothic BT", "Copperplate Gothic Light", "Century Gothic"; text-align: left; '>It seems like it costs more to hire Indians to learn English first and then read a script, rather than hire Americans who already know English and read a script.</div>

<div style='font: 9pt ; text-align: left; '>Why? Americans are used to a good standard of living, and will insist upon adequate wages. Indians, coming from an impovershed nation, will be more than happy to work at half price and learn english on their own during weekends.</div>

<div style='font: 10pt verdana; text-align: left; padding: 0% 10% 0% 10%; '>Sine, software engineering jobs that would get someone about $50k a year here are around $20k a year in India. All kinds of labor, skilled or otherwise, is cheaper in India.</div>

<div style='font: 11pt "Fine Hand"; text-align: left; '>And to add, Tech Support does not make money for the company. And if they do charge, it doesn't cover the cost of the Tech Support. However, they can lose customers in the long run. Also, bleeding the US economy towards cheap labor will cause future problems.</div>
