Buy it. One of the prettiest games I have ever seen. I've been a fan of the wipeout series after it left the original PS1, and this game is a compilation of both of the PSP wipeout games (a mix of pure and pulse's tracks and only pulse's music). It's only $20 for a very robust game (a great campaign system, pretty heavy duty multiplayer, and it looks AMAZING). I recommend this to all the lazy PS3 owners who want a good racing game, don't like putting discs into their machine, and those who don't mind a seizure or two.

I suggest wildly liberal use of the f11 key.

Wow, #3 is amazing. I've been changing my XMB wallpaper pretty often with new grabs. Unfortunately, I haven't been playing much of the game with RB2, CC, MM9, Silent Hill, and RotTK11 on the go.

Ah, yes, the $15 flash game..... :-) I was just wondering how you thought of Cross after all these years if you were playing it

I did actually start playing it again last year. Got about half-way through and realized I didn't want to play it anymore.

RoTK11 takes way too long to finish even for a ROTK game.

Yeah? It did have a slow opening but it ended extremely well IMO. It may be dated nowadays too

CC ended well if by ended well means desecreated whatever fond memories you have of Chrono Trigger, but at least that's more meaningful than a story that cannot even identify who is supposed to be in your party. The inability for your party to ever interact with the game's story in a meaningful way because there are too many irrelevent characters, ala the Suikoden syndrone, really hurts. And at least Suikoden usually forces you to take some characters that's meaningful to the story involved as opposed to not.

EVERY thread gets jacked, that's the only way they continue. The one other person who actually cares about Wipeout HD replied and the rest are replying to the other stuff. Look at the MM thread...

ninja town is the only one that can be considered even possibly good. Everything else is distilled garbage.

I'm interested in this one's game play.. Do you go around chasing dogs, poke them in the neck and go "TSTCH!" ?

Special Combo "POWER of the PACK!"

Populous is probably the best game on the list. Followed by Fifa (Fifa games are actually a lot of fun; much more fun than Madden for example).

Oh and Pirates > Ninjas =P

I agree completely. I've been doing three hour sessions every other night for weeks now and I only have 3/4 of China. I don't remember it taking this long on the PS2 version, but I could be mistaken given I played that one two years ago. One thing that really bothers me about 11 is that you can't set your entire force to AI and leave the game running. You can make districts act independently, but you still have to manage one city each week. In nearly every RTK game I'll end up setting my force to AI when I've gained more than half of the cities because it's incredibly tiring to try and actually finish the game at that point.

I would probably also consider picking up the Japanese Coach title. Something nice to carry around with my DS.

I'll get it cheap when no one else wants it (probably after Xmas). Then I can have it with me when I go to Japan in a couple of years

Not much for 10/14, but 10/21 has Rune Factory 2 and I'm very excited about that.

Due to a lot of other games, I actually haven't finished the story of Rune Factory 1, I guess I should probably get on that after I finish Rings of Fate and before I get on Dragon Quest 4, I really like the first game; it's tons of fun.

Who did you end up marrying? I was going for the rich girl myself.
