The Other Worlds Shrine

Your place for discussion about RPGs, gaming, music, movies, anime, computers, sports, and any other stuff we care to talk about...

  • I have a great idea to keep track of who's a fucking retard and who isn't: Shitlists!

  • Somehow, we still tolerate each other. Eventually this will be the only forum left.

<div style='font: 10pt "EngraversGothic BT", "Copperplate Gothic Light", "Century Gothic"; text-align: left; '>I've already played around with it for Congress: Every time somebody votes for a fucking stupid law, I feed it through a script and it records everybody that voted for it, so that I know for now and forever, that these people are morons. Now, I think I need to do it for media. Every time some dumbass writes an article clearly geared for morons, I think I'm going to have another script that records the URL of the story, author, and site/newspaper it came from.

Has this type of thing already been invented yet? Is there a web site for shitlists? Any other ideas on this vein?</div>

<div style='font: 9pt ; text-align: left; '>Sine's trying to get a database of accountability into the political system, so the info is available for the masses to make more informed decision rather than being taken in by the campaign words at that time. Maybe it's something we actually need and the Internet is the perfect media to deliver it</div>

<div style='font: 11pt "Fine Hand"; text-align: left; '>You realize that what they voted for are available to the public. And how are you going to decide what's stupid and what's not? Many Bills are brought to Congress everyday. Then it has to pass the Senate.</div>

The one last thing that the Internet needs. Of course, the only problem will be the popularity/moneymaking ratio, to which I don't have an answer yet.</div>

<div style='font: 9pt ; text-align: left; '>It's a way to inform people first, not to make money. Just make enough to keep it up. It's for the better good of society, kinda like this place :-)</div>
