This is a huge launch for Matsuno fans. I think this is going to be given a play through this Spring =)

Hopefully the N64 version isn't too far behind.

It IS huge. I can feel the value of my SNES cart dwindling.

The value of the SMRPG didn't drop with the availability on the VC, did it?

Cartridges shouldn't drop in value just like original versions of certain action figures don't drop when new releases of the same character come out later; with more features. SNES Chrono Trigger is still worth a ton. Collectors care more about the fact that something is rare rather than what can be played on it; those are the ones who will pay the big bucks.

There has been significant drops in game prices with the digital downloads but usually it's only temporary. Re-releases like the PSX FF ones actually have a more permanent effect. Sure some are still worth a lot but nothing like what they were before those releases
