<div style='font: 12pt "Cooper Black"; text-align: left; '>Because audit season is gearing up and i frequently have to metro into D.C. to a client's office i bought a Sony MiniDisk player. I knew Sony doesnt support mp3 but i also knew it came with a little program that will rewrite your mp3s to their ATRAC file type and transfer that ATRAC to the MD so it is essentially still an mp3 player. So far i like the MD technology a lot. My '96 Rav 4 only has a tape deck and the MD player came with a car adapter so that feature gets a lot of use with me as well. It cost me $130.
One alternatives was a simple usb, drag and drop, flash drive type mp3 player that can range from $80 for the 64mb versions to $200 for the 256mb versions.
The other option was shelling out $300+ for an iPod or a Dell/Gateway/Creative type clone were i could store ALL my music on their huge drives.
I made my choice, but what would you have done and why? Seen anything really cool out there that i missed?</div>
