  • Microsoft sues 17year old Canadian Mike Rowe for his domain: MikeRoweSoft.com

  • Somehow, we still tolerate each other. Eventually this will be the only forum left.

<div style='font: 12pt ; text-align: left; '>It would cause a lot less headaches and cash if he would just get the courts to make the website domain name banned from use, so it does not infringe on Mike Rowe's name, or Microsofts. He does not have to call his site MikeRowesoft, it could be MikeRowe.com, or MikeRoweNet.com, something like that. Besides, Microsoft is a stupid sounding word anyways, if you think about it =P</div>

<div style='font: 10pt "EngraversGothic BT", "Copperplate Gothic Light", "Century Gothic"; text-align: left; '>Why call him stupid? MS has a stupid lawsuit in their hands. They can go fuck themselves. Even if he spends a little bit of money on defending the domain, it's justified for the effect it has on precident.</div>

<div style='font: 10pt "EngraversGothic BT", "Copperplate Gothic Light", "Century Gothic"; text-align: left; '>With the accidential $10K offer, that lowered his chances from 99% to 50%, and that's only because WIPO (wipe-po!) is known to be corrupt fuckers on this matter. Still, it's worth fighting over.</div>

<div style='font: 12pt ; text-align: left; '>It's stupid to waste ALL this time over a stupid domain name.</div>

<div style='font: 11pt "Fine Hand"; text-align: left; '>It's his name. So it's important. MS dropped the lawsuit anyway.</div>
