I've really become tired of Burton the last few years, and this video points out his formula.

Burton movies I enjoyed: Beetlejuice, Pee Wee's Big Adventure, and Batman.

I was excited about the Alice movie at first. That was until I began hearing it was all Jonny Depp starring as another crazy character.

I really liked Sleepy Hollow, though, and watch it every Halloween.

Hack is too strong. I liked Sleepy Hollow and Big Fish as well. I felt that Big Fish in particular showed directorial range.

I honestly really liked Sweeney Todd. I'm not much for musicals, but I thought it was really well done. Definitely one of Burton's better ones.

Yeah, Big Fish was in particular an excellent job by Burton. That was a wonderful flick.

Zeus does not do well with change.

Actually, I do extremely well with change. I'm usually the advocate for it who drags others kicking and screaming along for a ride on the Change Train. I look for it and trust me, it annoys people at work who love to sit back and just do things the same for the rest of their lives (which is about 90% of them, at least). But you see, I have one very small, vital rule that MUST be met in order for change to occur and it's completely non-negotiable with no compromise whatsoever:

"Change must bring a positive change for the better"

Because I insist that we be better off after the change than before otherwise there's no reason to change whatsoever. My constant pointing out of the fallacies of this board setup is due to the fact that it's actually more annoying for me to navigate the board now than it was with Sine's old script. I have yet to see any evidence that we've actually had a net gain with the change which is why I'm against it. It's actually the same reason I despised Shitsa, it was change for the sake of change with no net gain.

Again, you guys can't simply assume that just because I don't follow all the lemmings off the cliff that it means something else.

Whoa, are you actually insinuating that I only look short-term and not consider the bigger, long-term picture? Only someone who knows very little about me would say that. I'm the type of person who would gladly suffer in the short-term to benefit long-term and I do it all the time.

I simply didn't see any benefit to the change of the board script (or to Shitsa). In fact, it has actually made my navigation of this forum take a lot more time and effort. Once again, don't read into it just 'cause I don't "get it" like everyone else here. I simply don't like it. And I've been using it for years now so it's not like it's just a first impression.
