I bought a $20 warranty on one of my 360s from Staples so as soon as they clear out their stock of old systems I'm taking the RROD'd system back for one of those.

...and I now realize it's an arcade unit I'll be returning so I'll have to get a new HD for it... and if I do, I hope the HDD transfer kit I have works for that. Gah....

Also, I'm watching Ubisoft's presser and it's sooooooo bad. They have their own vitality sensor and home laser tag. Plus a skateboarding game and a natal fitness game. AIDS.

I can really get behind a new Twisted Metal. Loved the first two and Black. My only wish is that it was on the 360 'cause playing with friends on PS3 is still shitty.

My online experiences with the PS3 thus far have been Uncharted 2 and a very small amount of Bioshock 2 and honestly, I had zero issues other than a couple of kick-outs when we were playin' some Uncharted co-op. I've found that the actual smoothness of the online is the same as the 360s. Sure, you don't have private chat or parties you can join and that kinda sucks, but technically, I see zero difference at all.

I find there is a tremendous difference in terms of ease of use of their online offerings. I find it much easier on the 360 to get from "I see my friend is online and I want to play with them" to actually playing with them.

Not to mention that it seems like a rarity to find people on the PS3 with headsets. I know that you'll sometimes get the annoying 12-year old, but most of the time I play with some cool guys on the 360 and it makes more fun when you can talk to them. No one on the PS3 seems to own a freaking headset!!!
