Old Spice has used twitter, digg, reddit, youtube, and facebook today to make videos on the fly using the Old Spice Man.

I actually met Isaiah Mustafa from dodgeball, he played before he got this commercial spot.

Those were all really good. I particularly enjoyed the one about the Pegasus and the one with all of the random stuff.

He's doing even more videos today.

Their twitter page went from 10,000 followers yesterday up to 39,000 as of now. This is a smart marketing campaign, and if I didn't already use Old Spice this would probably make me curious to try it.

Old Spice has awesome ads..... But their Redzone gives me..... Well, a redzone as bad as coppertone sunscreen.

I'm a degree person nowadays.

Well, I want more Terry Tate as the Old Spice guy. I forgot the actor's name (or never knew it in the first place).

It wasn't Terry Tate who did the old commercials, it was Schwartenegro from White Chicks or Chris' dad from Everybody Hates Chris

Terry Tate was freakin' awesome. But I also like what they're doing with these commercials. They're funny, a little clever, and they're making people talk about a product everyone's forgotten about. Very effective

Well, I think I realized my mistake when I saw the Terry Tate commercial. It's been a while since I've seen him.

EDIT: Oh, yeah. I have a black friend. That's what I'm supposed to say, right?

Bruce Campbell tried doing Old Spice commercials a few years ago with no affect.

That one wasn't bad. The problem is that they would show that stupid "Bruce Campbell playing piano" one all the time, and it wasn't funny or interesting at all.

All short people look the same to me. Plus I always get the feeling they're up to something devious. Little buggers!
