  • Netflix Channel available for download on Wii

  • Because playing them is not enough, we have to bitch about them daily, too. We had a Gameplay forum, but it got replaced by GameFAQs.

Downloaded it off of the shop channel last night. Fairly cool, although with all of the TV I had access to, it was PBS documentaries that took most of my time =P

The process to sign up for a free month is incredibly simple. I didn't even realize Netflix was available in Canada.

I also watched a little bit of Pitch Black, I'll probably finish it up this afternoon.

One thing that I'll note is that there were no hic-ups even with multiple devices using the connection at the same time; usually when I am surfing and watching the Nintendo Channel or streaming to PS3, there are little hic-ups.

It's nice, and I'm glad there's a channel now, putting in the Netflix CD every time was annoying. I like Netflix better on the 360 since it's HD capable though.

I have not gotten the wii's netflix app yet, because it does not spout out HD resolutions (Like Sera.... What? Shellie? When did you change your name?). the 360 and PS3 do. I will still definitely check this app out, as I find that the PS3 has the best netflix app, and the 360 one leaves MUCH to be desired.

I dunno, it felt kinda like the right thing to do since I rarely get to game much any more. :)

I removed The channel. I found the last week to be the most unproductive week I had since being hospitalized with mono. Documentaries aside, some of them (most of them felt very dumbed down and lacking in detailEd information) I felt very unfufilled and felt like I wasted an enormous amount of time..... On the plus side, at least it wasn't World of Warcraft.

Having the low willpower I do, I found I was spending almost all my free time watching netflix resulting in ~25-30 hours lost in the last week. That's a lot of time gone.

Not for me....... Ugggh, I give myself about a week and a half. =P

Yikes dude, you have a very addictive personality. I know that about myself, too, which is why i completely understand why you have to delete the channel as opposed to, i dont know, NOT watch it, lol. Well, good for you and hope you become more productive now. :)

I finally moved my Wii into my bedroom so that I can get Netflix on all 3 TVs in the house. :) Since the bedroom is the only non-HD TV, it works perfectly. I can't wait to watch some Serenity or Better Off Ted or whatever else before bed at night.
