If it's something that is fake but can obviously be true. I was reading something about Rift selling 1.3 million copies in the first month. If you know anything about how the industry works, that number is totally inline with what you'd expect looking at the number of servers/hype/history. It turned out the news was fake, but if it was true nobody would be surprised at all. This is even worse than the stuff that are so outlandish that you know it cannot possibly be true, even though those are annoying. I realize there's a limit to the number of stuff that's crazy but makes just enough sense for you to believe it might be possible, but it seems like a lot of people aren't even trying. It's like me saying 'today the coalition bombed Libya some more' and then said haha it didn't actually happen.

Err, I think some one Aprils Fooled you into believing that the 1.3 million number was fake Don.

If you consider it has 1 million active subscriptions, and that not everyone that bought the game is still playing, 1.3 million would sound about right, digital/physical sales.

Also IGN didn't include this in their list of "April Fools round-up"

I didn't see any official release so I thought it was an April Fool's. Anyway the guy claimed it was fake, but yeah those numbers seem totally legitmate.

Actually I bet they saw the 1 milion and 'April Fool' it to 1.3 million, which can indeed be fake, but seriously, there's nothing fake about numbers that can very well be true!

So how come I don't see you on Belmont?
