Man, the Canucks looked so in charge and so home-free that they forgot one very important thing: these are the defending Cup champs, they ain't gonna go away without a serious fight. And the only team that had any fight the last two games are the 'Hawks. It's been down-right embarrassing. If they lose Game #6, I don't care what happens after that, I blow up the team if I'm Mike Gillis. You can almost say "you guys had a two game hiccup, but you bared down when you had to...and it better not happen again". But after losing that horribly at home? They'd better be more desperate than the 'Hawks now. They don't get way, way up for that game, you have the same problem the Senators have: no leadership and no heart. Time to trade away some guys and get a team that'll fight tooth and nail. 'Cause like this, they'll never get past the Wingskali o. wrote:....COME ON?!!
Something better change for Sunday. That is all.
That game didn't piss me off as much....that is, it was no Game 4 or 5. It was bad, but they were still outplaying Chicago.Zeus wrote:Time to blow up the team, Kali. I don't care if they even win Game 7 or the Cup, this can't happen
You see Gillis go off on refs and the league today? Very nice :-)kali o. wrote:That game didn't piss me off as much....that is, it was no Game 4 or 5. Either way, if they lose Game 7, I am locking my door and staying inside.
My God, man, the 'Nucks sure as shit made it exciting, didn't they? With 1:56 left in the third period, you could hear the huge thud all the way out here in Ontario when the spirits of all the residents of BC dropped simultaneously.kali o. wrote:VAN vs. NSH
Hopefully the habs win it, need another canadian team in there.
