From Nov 8 to Nov 28 at Walmart, you can get two 1400-point cards for Live or two $20 PSN cards for $30. I even checked the Nova Scotia flyer on Walmart.ca same deal is there. So it appears it's nationwide

http://flyers.walmart.ca/flyers/walmart ... _code=3184 <--- (move the slider to the last page)

This is basically like someone handing you a free $5 gift card, in particular the PSN cards which are nothing more than straight-up money. I give Walmart $15, they give me back $20. Considering the deals that are bound to come up this month (remember the Black Friday deals last year on Live? I got 4 games that day), this is a fantastic deal. The only discounts I have ever been able to get on Live points has been if I ask a bud who works at EB to get it for me. They get 15% off. This is 25% off. Really, if you have any intention of getting anything on Live or the PSN, this is a no-brainer.

Americans, our Live points are more than yours (we get 200 less points for the same price), this won't be as good a deal for you. But the PSN cards? That's awesome for you

I have personally never seen a deal like this up in Canada. I know Amazon in the US had some sales on the Live cards but we couldn't get them shipping up here. I tried...

Black Friday deals are comin' up. Last year, I got Turtles in Time Re-Shelled (160 pts), Splosion Man (160 pts), Greed Corp (160 pts), and Trials HD (400 pts) for only 80 pts more combined than just one of the regular 800 pt games.

And it takes like 2 years for this shit to expire, I'm sure you'll find even $40 on PSN or 2800 points worth of stuff on Live to buy. At 25% off whatever discounted price, it's great. I'm goin' first thing on Tuesday to get me some.
