Well, Zeus, that mainly depends on if this controller comes with the console, now does it? Face it: no gamer wants to spend 4 hours doing hand exercises to play a game. It's tiring. Even Metroid 3 got tiring to play long term and that was just with the point-shoot interface.
As far as the rest of the game I played, all of them that I really enjoyed used the D-pad mode. (Paper Mario, Cave Story, FF:MLDL) Hell, doesn't Xenoblade use the Pro controller?
The right stick vs. button placement is really weird. It's like they changed it just to be different, but it ends up being a bad design decision. MS made decisions about their first XBox controller like that, and they ended up just reverting back to a more natural form. God, I swear Nintendo is always a step behind when it comes to controller design because they are always over-inventing, and then they have to backtrack when they've overextended themselves.
Rosalina: But you didn't.
Robert: But I DON'T.
Rosalina: You sure that's right?
Robert: I was going to HAVE told you they'd come?
Rosalina: No.
Robert: The subjunctive?
Rosalina: That's not the subjunctive.
Robert: I don't think the syntax has been invented yet.
Rosalina: It would have had to have had been.
Robert: Had to have...had...been? That can't be right.
