This is a new, vintage bad Hong Kong manga. The preview shows this white guy floating down from air with the narrator saying, "The President of the United States is commonly thought of as a living god, even though he is just a normal guy. That is, until HE came along." The story starts with China having an annual war game, and then POTUS jumped down from a jet like M. Bison and started upper cutting everything to death and kidnapping the Chinese chairman and declaring everything is now under US imperial rule, along with THE EMPEROR OF JAPAN, who is always a super awesome martial artist bent on taking over the world. The only thing that could make this better is if the POTUS was actually Barack Obama as opposed to a generic fictional president, so in this regards it's not quite as awesome as the HK Resident Evil manga where Bill Clinton started punching zombies to death when they invaded the White House.
I'm not sure who they asked for the opinion of the POTUS but it sure isn't Americans. I think Americans are more likely to view the POTUS as the devil, or at least incompetent, as opposed to a living god. Maybe the guys at Hong Kong got North Korea confused with United States. And of course, can't forget about the Emperor of Japan, a guy who is always up to no good in HK manga.
