While New Prince of Tennis is always full of surprises, this month's NPOT is on par with the Atobe X-Ray move. This picture says it all:

Tokugawa, his opponent, used a technique called the Black Hole which involves creating a rift in space-time to stop Byodouin's sword in the next set, and as pointed out by several readers, that requires SSJ3 level of power to pull off. Several of these characters appear to have went to the wrong series. Most likely Byodouin's one of the 66 new characters in One Piece's latest arc and he just lost way there.
