If anybody is curious about the seriousness of Ridge's "warnings", one would only need to see Jon's take on the unspecific threat announcement Ridge made a few days ago.</div>

Yeah, but if this legislation goes through AND gives discretionary power to the administration AND only requires the "threat" of a terrorist attack, that's no laughing matter.</div>
