Then when you have a web browser that doesn't correct - does exactly what the code says to do - it looks like it's broken, when in fact it's doing exactly what it's supposed to do.</div>

I think the blame should be placed on IE for coddling sloppy code. But now that they've done it, everyone has to do it, otherwise people will see it as "broken."</div>
