System: Gameboy
Release Date: 1990

This Gameboy RPG was released over 10 years ago and even to this day I
consider it a game worth sitting down for several hours to play.
The Gameplay is fairly unique as far as RPG’s go, rather than having a
single world there are multiple worlds, each one with their own culture,
their own nations, their own heroes, their own villains, and in some cases
their own Gods. Each world is linked by a nexus known as the Celestial
World. Some worlds are a lot larger than others, some have technology
more advanced than others, they all have their secrets and surprises, even
the Celestial World will have some unpredictable surprises.

At the opening of the game, you’ll be speaking with your father who is
leaving, he leaves with you a powerful relic which is called a Magi, and
looks similar to Magicite seen in Final Fantasy III for Super Nintendo.
Their are 77 of these Magi known in the world, and the power is said to
bring out Godlike abilities in those who possess them. Travel through
Medieval Worlds, worlds which represent the ancient middle East, vast
deserts, a city of modern beauty, a world of Giants, Ancient Japan, and
even Valhalla. All is not as it seams though, it is soon discovered that a
large war is being fought throughout the worlds, but who belongs to what
faction? How many factions are there? Choose a party of four, between
humans, monsters, mutants, and robots, male or female, it’s your choice.
Team up with heroes from throughout the world, and uncover the truth.

Completion Time: Around15-25 hours the first time through, but 4-6
hours if you’ve played the game 10 times and know absolutely every inch
of it like the back of your hand.
Difficulty: Medium
Atmosphere: Very diverse because of the wide variety of worlds, I guess
the main vibe is a feeling of uncertainty</div>
