<div style='font: 12pt ; text-align: left; '>And yes, there does seam to be a ton of dialogue in it. There are lots of places that seam to be expandable somehow, I don't know how exactly but I can assume that you can probably increase the population of the town many times over, lots of spaces for new Houses. Today I started work at a Conveniance Store to help pay off my debt, and I completed all the tasks the owner had for me to do in one day, I also talked to some of the people currently living inthe town, and damn, this game is probably the most non-linear customizable game ever made by Nintendo.
Harvest Moon needs a sort of pattern to be successful, this game allows for many different paths to success. You can buy or trade for a very large number of items that you can move into your house, I also assume judging by comments from the towns folk that you can expand the size of your house, maybe add new rooms. There can be up to four different players playing the game in the same town, there seams to be a lot of link-up features in the game as well for GBA. Also you can go to the train station and travel to other towns that you do not live in (other peoples towns, each town is randomized at the beginning of the game). I am not really sure how the letter system works yet, but you can send letters to anyone in the town it looks like, and I think that they pick up on certain words and such. You can teach people to use your style of talking somehow (according to IGN). That's about all of the features I have uncovered for now. I kind of get the feeling (like I did with Majora's Mask) that even after hours of play with everything available to me I have barely scratched the surface of the game.
Nintendo has a very innovative title on their hands here, and this is exactly the type of game I enjoy and I hope that they use similar elements in the next Zelda game, it will make it a HELL of a lot more enjoyable, and would secure it as possible candidate for best Adventure game ever made. Earthbound 2, if Nintendo ever gets off their ass and makes it could possibly benefit even more from these types of elements, and I hope Enix is taking notes if they ever plan on making a fourth game in the Soul Blazer series, since Terranigma seamed to be going in that direction.
All in all, for first impressions, this game has impressed me more than any Gamecube title as of yet. If Nintendo is all about making fun titles, this definetly fits the bill. To sum it up, if you liked Harvest Moon, you will love this title.
I guess I should also mention that it seams that you can alter your relationship with all of the towns folk depending on what you do. That's all for now, I think I'll play for a bit longer now, it's nearly 8:00 PM here, and when I turn on the game, that's the time it will be there as well as it utilizes the Clock, and it's actually quite neat in the way that if you play the game on Hallowe'en, it will be Hallowe'en in the game, Christmas is Christmas, Valentines is Valentines, your birthday is celebrated, etc... It's really quite amazing (don't cheat and edit the Gamecubes clock, that will take a lot of the fun out of the experience of the title according to the developers). Also as far as text appearing in the game goes, yes, I believe that this game does contain the most text of any game ever made now.</div>
