Starwars Bounty Hunter, Hitman 2, and Tony Hawk Pro Skater 4 are all multiplatform, so you can get them on any console (not sure if Bounty Hunter is on Xbox actually, I think it's getting a different game). There's also Starwars: Attack of the Clones and Jedi Outcast II on Gamecube and Xbox if you really like Starwars.

If you go all the way to March next year, for Gamecube coming between January and March there's:

That's sort of a matter of opinion. Some people (like me) only buy a console for RPGs and fighters (or the occasional THPS game). Some will be hits, some will be must-haves, and some depend on the audience.
