<div style='font: 12pt ; text-align: left; '>I'll probably pick up this game later on, when it costs like 15 bucks. The reason is, though it sounds cool, I can't stand playing a minute of GTA after all the Vice City I've gone through over the first year or so that I had the game.. In other words, I'm GTA'd out.

As for my comment on Fable, I think it's going to be the next Rogue Leader, the next D2 (that highly anticipated Dreamcast game that turned out to be crap), the next Final Fantasy: Crystal Chronicles, the next "The Bouncer". You get the point.</div>

<div style='font: 12pt ; text-align: left; '>Plus for 4 player GBA link up games, there are already better ones available. Zelda: The 4 Swords is much more fun.

*speaking of frustrating, for some reason every time I use the Mac, I have a problem with my posts posting without me actually posting them. It happens every once and a while, I think it's a glitch in the keyboard, because often it also writes down multiple characters (and that has never happened to me on my PC). Oh well, it's nothing too major =P</div>

<div style='font: 9pt ; text-align: left; '>It's a little more complicated than those games, since you actually have to team up for some of the cool magic spells and solving puzzles. <div style='font: 12pt ; text-align: left; '>It's not really ridiculous, that's similar to saying that the fact that you have to buy an Xbox and 4 controllers to play 4 player Halo is ridiculous. Point being, if you don't have access to 4 people with 4 GBA's, then don't buy the game.</div>

<div style='font: 11pt ; text-align: left; '>You have to have the GBA and the cord that connects it to the GC. I think it's more likely to have controllers, I myself have 3 PSX2 controllers, and 4 GC controllers just because ppl always want to play when they come over.</div>

<div style='font: 12pt ; text-align: left; '>A controller's just a controller, a GBA is a whole new system. As I said though, if you don't have access to the GBA's, don't buy the game; the same reason why you shouldn't buy Halo if you don't have an Xbox, or Doom 3 if you don't have a high end PC.</div>

<div style='font: 9pt ; text-align: left; '>I have yet to play that. Supposed to be the best use of connectivity BY FAR since you can (and sometimes need to) transfer to the GBA screen and go off on your own rather than being trapped on one screen waiting for the others</div>

<div style='font: 9pt ; text-align: left; '>You'll likely eventually see a controller with a screen built into it if stuff like this takes off. The PSP-PS3 connectivity might do that</div>

<div style='font: bold 9pt ; text-align: left; '>And I know there are lots of games out there that they could play instead, but sometimes you want to play a specific game and that's it. I'm just not a fan of forcing connectivity. Adding extra stuff is ok, like in Animal Crossing, but other than that I think it's getting to be too much.</div>

<div style='font: 12pt ; text-align: left; '>I certainly mean absolutely no offense to anyone here, but I have to say this =P

This whole argument kind of reminds me of the time when I was over at my grandparents a few years ago and my grandfather was yelling at me about his computer. In short the conversation kind of went down like this.

Him: "Why isn't this program working on my computer?!"

Me: "Because it's meant for a different operating system."

Him: "Oh really? That's stupid!"

Simple answer, the minimum requirements to play games like 4 Swords aand Crystal Chronicles are a GBA and a Gamecube. You should only buy the game if you have that. If you want the game badly enough, then buy a Gamecube and GBA, because otherwise you can't play it at all. It's a different style of playing games, and I am fairly glad that it exists, this is something that I wanted since the Gameboy first came out.

Well, I think now that Nintendo has the DS that they will probably focus their connectivity styled games on that system since it is built for it. Crystal Chronicles and 4 Swords are both being ported to it; with the dual screens and ease of ultiplayer, the system is absolutely ideal for those types of games.</div>

<div style='font: 10pt verdana; text-align: left; padding: 0% 10% 0% 10%; '>I look at it this way: the particular game they made only works well with the GBAs. I don't think it was forced, it was a design decision from the beginning. So it's either that game exists or it doesn't.</div>

<div style='font: bold 9pt ; text-align: left; '>I couldn't see Four Swords without the GBA, but of course FS is a much better game than CC, imo, and the GBA does add a special touch that makes the game as fun as it is.

CC could have been done with regular controllers. The only thing you get on the GBA is the individual maps, which I found annoying anyways, and your own personal menus, which could have been resolved in the corner of the screen somehow. Personally, I didn't like constantly having to look down at my GBA in CC to figure out where to go or to switch items, etc.

I guess it depends on the game.</div>

<div style='font: bold 9pt ; text-align: left; '>like Crystal Chronicles. Four Swords, I will concede, needs it and is not the same without it.

I guess I'm worried companies will start doing this as a gimmick and not in a way that is best for the game.</div>
