<div style='font: 12pt ; text-align: left; '>I started playing on Hard which I think is they take every complaint people ever had of the Megaman series in terms of difficulty and then put it all into one game. You've Zero series's stupidly high damage (1 hit takes more than half of your life off), 1 life system (on Hard anyway... get 3 lives on on Normal and unlimited on Easy, or you can pay a boatload of metals for extra lives), and lots of spikes. The only thing missing is Legend's style 20 minute final boss battles. So far, the bosses don't feel too hard, though I only made it to one. It seems like the stage itself is actually harder, given nothing drops energy capsules on Hard (don't know if that's the same on easier difficulty).
3 Roll Caskett clone navigators is way overkill, though at least they have okay voices.
This game actually looks nice, unlike most of the other X series.
X in Neutral Armor actually looks okay, though I haven't used him much because Axl is better in every way. Maybe that'll change when I actually get some capsules for X.
Zero can get these upgrades that lets you get more hits on the Z Saber. Not sure what's the point since it's rare for anything to stay still long enough to get a 3 hit combo as it is let alone more.
Collision size is bigger than it looks. I get hit a lot when I thought I have avoided it.
So far Hard seems to be an exercise in futility. You probably have to end up getting a ton of metals just to get anywhere (3 lives are 700 metals!). Maybe the game will get easier when I can actually buy all the life ups and the energy tanks.</div>
