In all seriousness, I'm not a fan of Limp Bizkit, and probably never will be, but stealing riffs from some rather gullible people is certainly not cool in my book and probably yours. Yea, sure what he did is perfectly legal but it's not exactly the best way to prove to the world that you want to please everyone(his words on K-Rock one day). Mr. Durst to be blunt just plain sucks, and represents what's wrong with music: A farce who profits through his *image*, rather than the true worth of his music.</span></div>

<div style='font: 11pt arial; text-align: left; '>Well, I 1.) Doubt that the contract was the band's own idea, 2.) Doubt they actually plan on stealing any of the shit those people played. I think it was more of a protective move in the legal sense, to keep people from stepping up and accusing the band of stealing their music.</div>

<div style='font: 12pt ; text-align: left; '>Point taken, but still, most other bands who go through auditions such as the above usually ask someone to play a "piece" which the group already made so they can avoid legal pitfalls such as the above.</div>
