The Ring isn't too bad of a movie....

It tricks you...comes off as a predictable Scream-esque horror, then throws you an unexpected new piece of the puzzle...

Good horror flicks are in short supply...I wouldn't watch it twice, but I don't feel as if I wasted 90 minutes of my life either.

From me, that's a fair-sized compliment.
