I did this on an artistic level, not popularity or how much I liked the song, though that had a little bit of influence. I picked who I thought deserved to win these awards. Celine Dion and Sum 41 are both fom Canada which (despite your lack of geographical knowledge) is a part of NORTH AMERICA. Not only a part, but the largest part.
