However, nothing beats a good Batman or Superman Elseworld. I was a Marvel fanboy, but my favorite comics are The Dark Knight Returns and Kingdom Come.</div>

Their monthlies were good too, but their characters (outside of people like Bats, Supes, and Lantern) never had the name recognition of the Marvel guys. And they never had many really poplar teams (outside of JLA) like Marvel...</div>

It was awesome (well, except for the Lobo fight)! There were cool little side stories in the comics too...not that we cared about the stories... ;)</div>
