<div style='font: 12pt "Cooper Black"; text-align: left; '>Anyone watching that ESPN Playmakers? I've seen eps 1,3 and 4 and its pretty good so far. I dont know if it is anything like real life, but entertaining nonetheless.</div>
<div style='font: 9pt ; text-align: left; '>a lot of the issues mimic real life athletes.
obviously the cocaine, the performance enhancement drugs.
the whole bar/murder thing was a lot like what happened to Ray Lewis.
domestic abuse is an issue in the show (Kirby Puckett).
than there's the QB who seems to play no matter what and might be addicted to pain killers or something (Brett Favre).
the problem with coming back from a serious injury and than not having your starting job (Terrell Davis, Jamal Anderson, Trent Green, Kurt Warner).
so the issues are fairly realistic, can't really tell how accurate the portrayal is. since it's on ESPN, i assume a lot of athletes also watch it and it wouldn't be too bad.</div>
