<div style='font: 12pt "Cooper Black"; text-align: left; '>i thought so, too. Watching the 2nd one in the theatre convinced me to buy the first one on DVD and eventually get the collection. It rocked.</div>

<div style='font: 12pt ; text-align: left; '>The second was better than the first, but that's not saying much, I only bought it just to have it really. The name "X2" is incredibly lame, just like "D2" for Mighty Ducks 2. It's the least of all the other movies I've bought in the last week.</div>

<div style='font: 9pt ; text-align: left; '>Yeah, seemed like Singer got a little more used to the characters and may have read more than just the two graphic novels this time. Cyclops and Storm are still nothings, but Stryker helped A LOT. Still depsise the unis, though</div>

<div style='font: 11pt arial; text-align: left; '>MAD violence. Finally they gave Wolverine something to do with those damn claws - i.e. stab a bunch of people in the fucking face! And don't get me started on Magneto...when he pulls the pins out of all those guys' grenades...priceless :)</div>

<div style='font: 10pt Arial; text-align: left; '>They sure made Cyclops a pussy, didn't they? I'm not that familiar with the comics, but isn't he supposed to be, like, team leader or something? Instead, he's all blubbering "Jean? Jean, don't go. Oh, god, I'm such a little bitch."</div>

<div style='font: bold 9pt ; text-align: left; '>X2 was so much better than the first one. The first followed too much of a Batman & Robin style of Magneto=bad guy with henchmen who fight the good guys=X-men. The 2nd was just better action, story, and Wolvy-wise. :)</div>

<div style='font: 10pt verdana; text-align: left; padding: 0% 10% 0% 10%; '>He's certainly more commanding in the comics. And he gets shit done. Not a badass, just a guy who always comes through.</div>

<div style='font: 11pt arial; text-align: left; '>That was a fine scene...but I dunno...Magneto's escape from the prison was pretty sick as well. So hard to judge!</div>

<div style='font: 9pt Arial; text-align: left; '>I'm not sure about the comics, but in the cartoon he was pretty much the same old yes man for the professor. Maybe a tad more commanding, but still a whiny boy scout.</div>

<div style='font: 10pt Impact; text-align: left; '>It was alright. Ms. Berry really showed her acting skills with the 5 or 6 lines she had...As the second part of a trilogy (perhaps...) it's not as good as Empire Strikes Back.</div>

<div style='font: 9pt ; text-align: left; '>His entire use thus far in both films has been to fend off Wolverine's advances to Jean Gray, period. He was so much more in the comics, same with Storm. They were the two leaders for crying out loud</div>

<div style='font: 10pt verdana; text-align: left; padding: 0% 10% 0% 10%; '>I've written off Storm in the movies. Halle Barry is a good actress, but she's not Storm. She's too cute. Angela Basset would been a kick ass Storm.</div>

<div style='font: bold 9pt ; text-align: left; '>Agreed. Storm is a hard, tough woman in the comics. She was a pickpocket and thief as a child on the streets of Cairo.</div>

<div style='font: 9pt ; text-align: left; '>Halle Berry's OK as an actress, but I agree, Bassett would have been MUCH better. Too bad Singer didn't know enough of the characters at that point to insist</div>

Basset would have been perfect, but such is life..That said, I liked her much bettern in X2...At least they didn't have Storm getting slapped around by freakin' TOAD of all people...jeeeze...</div>

<div style='font: 10pt "EngraversGothic BT", "Copperplate Gothic Light", "Century Gothic"; text-align: left; '>I kinda liked the fact that an underdog villian was getting his 15 minutes. And Barry is fine as Storm. They just don't give her enough power/lines. A good example was when she actually stood back up and fucked over Toad. Sure, she looks cuter than the one in the comics, but do you want a ugly Storm?</div>
