<div style='font: ; text-align: left; '>The last time I checked the plan (granted it may have been as long as three weeks ago) the UN will oversee Iraqi oil for a year before returning it to Iraq itself. Meanwhile, the US is busy assigning contractors for the rebuilding after the war.</div>

<div style='font: 11pt "EngraversGothic BT", "Copperplate Gothic Light"; text-align: left; '>Yes, but the military needs to be divided among the world in order to function properly. The UN has a set requirement for the amount of money to spend on military and we are four times that. That sort of thing is not strictly enforced and it should be.</div>

<div style='font: 11pt Dominion; text-align: left; '>restricting spending? That sounds kinda silly to me...and something unenforcable. "You're spending 4x as much as you should and your army is the largest in the world-- stand down or we'll...shake our fists at you"</div>
