<div style='font: 11pt Dominion; text-align: left; '>Apparantly they have the right to tell PA to shut off the comic. Real dumb and PA's looking into the legalities of it. It'll be back eventually...I didn't know the AGC were such pricks</div>

<div style='font: 10pt Baskerville; text-align: left; '>...they seem to meet 3 of the fair use criteria, but the fact that they used Strawberry Shortcake as a vehicle to make fun of American McGhee could be the problem...though I don't get the concept that parody is reliant on it being a direct parody of the subject matter vs. the subject matter merely being a means to ridicule something else making it satire instead...

...my opinion is that if the work is original enough, it should be allowed and the penny arcade strip qualifies as that...if they cut and pasted Strawberry Shortcake's head onto a photo of a dominatrix, then I'd say it violates the original work...if you put in the effort, you're cool with me...</div>

The Supreme Court, ever since the People vs. Larry Flynt, have always supported parody as a form of fair use.</div>

<div style='font: 11pt "EngraversGothic BT", "Copperplate Gothic Light"; text-align: left; '>Precedent doesn't mean shit in the 21st century. Judges are more illogical than ever now. The only thing that stablizes any logical thought in the process is a panel of judges.</div>

<div style='font: 11pt "EngraversGothic BT", "Copperplate Gothic Light"; text-align: left; '>I know what I see around me. I hear about cases all the time: one is logic, one is made by a stupid judge. One follows precedent, one doesn't.</div>
