If I was running in a marathon, I wouldn't care. I'd be too concerned with my own performance to worry about much else. And if you look at the pictures, they already have "Honda" on the numbers; Nintendo isn't the only one advertising.
I assume these costumed people didn't run the whole thing. Doing a marathon in one of those suits would be brutal.
