  • PC downloadable content from Turner...interested?

  • Because playing them is not enough, we have to bitch about them daily, too. We had a Gameplay forum, but it got replaced by GameFAQs.

I take it that the downloadable content is supposed to expire after a certain time?

No, it's a subscription service where you play the games online. From my understanding, you download the client, not the game.

Well, it's like playing it off of a DVD or CD, except the info is coming from the web rather than an optical device

Okay, so you load the game onto your HD, and then run the EXE and data files. You can't just stream web files directly into RAM.

I guess. They're not gonna just let you download the game for free here. It's gotta be disabled somehow when you're done playing. Easiest way is to just have part of the game stream from the site rather than on your HD
