It's amazing how many people would defend this type of behavior and say that the lawsuit was wrong.

Is this for real? If it is, it is the most ridiculous court case of this nature that I have heard of since that woman got millions for dumping cofee on herself that was too hot.

RTFA. He told the school and they did nothing about it for four years. If the school is in place to protect children from disruptions in learning, they should go ahead and do it. They are authority figures for a reason.

Bullies don't have a place in real life. If you beat up somebody in real life, you go to jail. If you beat up somebody in school, nobody gives a shit, and it's business as usual.
