I finally, for the first time, played the game my team is working on in something approximating its true form, and had lots of fun and wanted to play it again. I'm probably not going to finish all the programming for our sales-pitch-demo-version until Sunday (which will feature two out of our four or five levels in near-release form), but I still think this is a major accomplishment for me and us.
And then, on Sunday, we can turn our attention away from massive development efforts and work on starting to try to use our contacts to get the thing picked up by a publishing company.
